Local delivery: flooring cartons, tile and other freight items are delivered curbside by our crew within the Bay Area for a $99 flat fee, free on orders over $1,999. Small items (transitions, tool kits, care kits, samples) ship UPS/FedEx nationwide for $15, free over $99.

Returns: unopened cartons in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; we recommend ordering 10% overage, and unopened full cartons from that overage come back at no restocking fee. Freight-item returns are subject to a $99 pickup fee. Cut, installed or special-order material is final sale.
